The pressure to have approval from the world, combined with "scientific consensus" and post modernism has led many church leaders to decline taking a stand on a literal interpretation of Genesis 1-11 and it is having disastrous consequences. Psalm 11:3 tells us, "If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?"

Genesis is the historical foundation of scripture. It is the most attacked book of the Bible and for good reason. 

Think about this: IF EVOLUTION WERE TRUE, it means there were millions of years of death before man. This would mean that death did not enter the world because of the sin of Adam -- which is contrary to what the Bible states in Romans 5:12, "Wherefore, as by one man (Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." 

If evolution is true, WHY did Jesus step into history to die on the cross? If evolution is true, it makes God a liar and the Bible a book of fairy tales.
